Shipping & Handling: Protecting Your Treasures

We know that waiting for your latest discovery from the Atomic Lagoon is an adventure in itself, so we make sure your order is packed for the journey!

Careful Packaging

  • • Hand-Wrapped Protection: Each of our unique, hand-painted pieces is carefully wrapped to protect its "artifact" finish and delicate details.
  • • Secure Transit: We use sturdy materials to ensure your Cewtee Cakes, Wyvern Whimsies, or Atomic Tikis stay safe from the garage to your doorstep.

Shipping Details

  • • Insured Shipping: Every package is fully insured.
  • • Ascertained Damage: In the rare event of a shipping mishap, we handle the insurance claim and send a replacement once the damage is confirmed.
  • • Processing Time: Because Tim and Annie hand-paint and inspect every treasure, please allow a short window for us to prepare your order for its voyage. We usually have them shipped out in less than 7-10 days. Custom orders may take longer, but we will inform you about the amount of time needed the instant those orders are placed.
  • • Don't stress, we will gladly let you know the moment they leave our studios, with shipping information as well.

Shipping & Handling

At Aloha Atomic, we take great pride in the hand-painted craftsmanship of our treasures. Because each piece is a unique creation from the Atomic Lagoon, we generally do not offer standard returns. However, we want you to love your new artifact, and we understand there are exceptions.

Our Policy

  • • Direct Support: If you encounter any issues with your order, please email us directly. We are committed to working with you one-on-one to find a fair solution.
  • • Shipping Protection: Your order is precious cargo. Every shipment is insured against breakage during its journey through the lagoon.
  • • Damaged Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement. Once the damage has been ascertained through our insurance process, we'll get your new piece out to you right away.
